Thank you for purchasing from EasyInterview. This policy explains how refunds work for our digital products.
Digital Products – What We Sell
EasyInterview sells digital products, including:
- PDF interview guides with curated questions and detailed answers
- Study guides and explanations
All products are delivered instantly upon purchase as downloadable PDF files.
Refund Policy
48-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 48-hour refund window from the time of purchase. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 48 hours and we'll process a full refund — no questions asked.
After 48 Hours
After the 48-hour window, all sales are final. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, we cannot offer refunds beyond this period.
Exceptions – We Will Always Refund For:
- Technical issues that prevent you from downloading or accessing the content
- Duplicate purchases made by accident
- Payment errors or incorrect charges
If you experience any of these issues, contact us at any time and we'll make it right.
Damages and Issues
Please verify your download immediately after purchase. If you experience any technical issues, cannot access your purchased content, or believe there is an error with your order, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Important for digital products: By making a purchase and downloading the digital content, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to the 14-day cooling off period, as permitted under EU consumer law for digital content that has been accessed or downloaded.
If you have not yet downloaded the content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
The following cannot be refunded:
- Purchases made more than 48 hours ago (unless covered by exceptions above)
- Promotional or heavily discounted items (unless otherwise stated)
How to Request a Refund

- Include your order number and the email used for purchase
- Briefly describe the reason (optional for requests within 48 hours)
We typically process refund requests within 1–2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at hello@easyinterview.me.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first. We're happy to resolve any concerns directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in being unable to make future purchases.
