Technical background

Architecture ownership, grounded in production

I am a senior software engineer, architect, and technical lead with +15 years in financial, trading and quantitative analysis. As a software architect, I help govern platform architecture through architectural reviews, guidelines, ADRs, coding standards, and technical-debt planning. I own the post-trade domain and have designed accounting, settlement, broker-configuration, and client-facing API services for institutional trading systems.

My work covers message-driven architecture, contract-first APIs, horizontal scaling, high availability, reconciliation, observability, and performance testing. Before my current position, I led backend teams and software-quality initiatives at Bank New York and UBS, built banking systems at EuroBank, and worked in applied machine learning at University.

At EasyInterview, I am the founder and author responsible for technical direction, research, writing, and review. My aim is to help developers reason through real engineering trade-offs instead of memorizing definitions.

I also run flipcards.pl, a Polish-language interview-preparation business I started in 2020. It helps developers prepare with physical and online flashcards, curated interview questions, and PDF guides.
